Welcome to PrepoQuest! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ThinkView Team ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the PrepoQuest mobile application and related services.

PrepoQuest is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn and master English prepositions through gamified learning experiences. Our service includes:

• Kingdom-based learning progression system
• Daily challenges and practice exercises
• Achievement system and progress tracking

To access certain features of PrepoQuest, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

PrepoQuest and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by ThinkView Team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Rights

• All app content, including text, graphics, logos, and software
• The PrepoQuest name, logo, and trademarks
• Educational content, lesson materials, and quiz questions
• App design, user interface, and user experience

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PrepoQuest for personal, educational purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Sell, license, or commercially exploit the app
• Modify or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThinkView Team and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of PrepoQuest
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the app

Termination by You

You may stop using PrepoQuest at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to PrepoQuest immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

App Updates

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThinkView Team regarding PrepoQuest and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
